Below is a great stretch to increase flexibility and (I cannot believe I’m about to quote Jane Fonda and actually say this…) “feel the stretch.”I have a serious case of DOMS and all excuses aside I have a long way to go. I’m trying to get back into this. But I dare you to try this stretch at least once, you will be surprised! :-D

    Nice color choice on the blog. It is really easy on my eyes and I have bad eyes too so that’s a really big compliment lol
