Time Challenge

10 Burpees

10 Dive Bombers

10 Prone glute raises

10 Tuck jumps

10 Dynamic rounds

5 rounds

I didn’t have a stopwatch but I’m estimating it took me just under 10 minutes to complete. PUT EVERYTHING INTO IT! Let me know how who did! :-)
