Hip thrust in three different directions (with leg towards ceiling, leg over other leg to one side, and leg fallen out towards other side – so basically each leg goes toward ceiling, left, and right).

10 reps in each direction.

Beginners: 10x each direction

(For intermediate – crazy people complete all reps on one side before moving to the other).

 Intermediate: 2 x 10

Advanced: 3 x 10

Crazy people: 5 x 10
