Exercise: 1

Time: 4 minutes

Place back on floor, bend legs, and lift butt off floor squeezing your butt at the top and then releasing. After 2 minutes place feet wider apart and continue exercise for the remaining two minutes. In order to make the exercise harder squeeze butt as hard as possible, staying up at the 1:50-2:00 and 3:50-4:50 minute mark. For more emphases on the glutes do not lower yourself all the way to the ground in-between each rep, only drop slightly.
