You know the times when you feel like you have just had it? Staying up at night with the little one, scraping enough money together to pay the electricity, dealing with family drama, or devoting your day to taking the children from activity to activity. It can be so hard to find the time to actually focus on yourself. You see your reflection as you pass your car and turn away, you don’t know who this person is. You admire the slim  figure of a stranger in the grocery store. Maybe you used to look like that or maybe that has always been your goal. But with everything going on you simply do not have the time to focus on yourself. Life seems to tell you that over and over again, that you have no time and that there are other pressing tasks that need to be taken care of immediately. And that taking care of yourself can wait. Well let me be honest, if your life is anything like mine there will ALWAYS be other tasks that need to be done. But it is important to take the time to focus on yourself. It does not have to be a lot of time 4 – 30 minutes that’s all. I’ve designed workouts that are effective that range from being 4 minutes to a time challenge. This workout below is just under 30 minutes and you can do it in the comfort of your own home. At the end of the day everyone else will be ok, but you wont because you have devoted your entire life to taking care of everyone and in the process you have lost a little bit who you are and you are falling short of your full potential. That person that you wistfully envision in your minds eye can become the true reflection that you see every day in the mirror. In spite of everything that you have to deal with, this is possible. I promise. And it starts with just taking aside a little time to yourself each day. Today it is not even a full 30 minutes. This time is going to pass one way or another, but if you devote these next few minutes to yourself then you are laying the ground work for molding yourself into the best version of yourself. Break through that that brick wall, set your foot down, no matter what happens today you are going to take these few minutes to improve yourself. You can do it, I believe in your power to transform yourself and you know what? You are worth it. I have tried to make this as easy as possible for you and below the video are exercise descriptions and free online interval and stopwatch timers.  I provide the knowledge, exercise routine, and timers, you provide the sweat and intensity. Exercise Routine:
10 minutes — Jumping Rope
HIIT Interval: 40 seconds exercise, with 15 seconds rest. 10 rounds.
4 exercises, Complete as many reps as possible during the work phase.
Pushups
Plank Jump
L Oblique/Hip Drops
R Oblique/ Hip Drops
Kickers
Timed Exercise: Pelvic Thrust
2 minutes feet closer together, then 2 minutes feet farther apart.

Optional Equipment: A jump rope or two cans.
