Hey beautiful! I didn’t realize that its been over a month since I’ve posted a bootylicious workout so here are three new moves! Kim Kardashian, Jamie Koeppe, Cinthia Fernandez. Why stare wistfully at their curves when you could be designing a signature booty of your own? These exercises will firm, tighten, and lift your butt.

Hip Drops: It is a little hard to get used to proper glute activation so set a # of proper ones that you will complete before you begin.

Pelvic Thrusts: Full Throttle and Single Leg Hip Thrust, the overall plan is to go for glute hypertrophy. I make these AMRAPs (as many reps as possible). So pick a time frame 30 sec – 2:30 sec before you begin and have fun – you can scream in pain but just keep going LOL :-D
